I, as the artist maintain all copyright and ownership of the produced artwork, including but not limited to reproduction rights as well as the right to use and display the artwork for any marketing or promotional purposes. (If you don't want the commission to be posted on my social media, please let me know beforehand).

I maintain the rights to turn down your commission without justification. I may also cancel your slot if communication on your end is completely dropped for over 14 days.

I will not copy other styles, or draw "similar to this artist's style", so make sure you've looked through my social media to make sure I am the artist you need for your piece.

You are purchasing a digital file of the drawing only. No hard copy will be provided. Files will be provided as high-res PNG via Google Drive. Make sure to save the final work to your device as I might delete them in the future to save space.

I will provide visual updates (sketches, drafts, base colored drawings) throughout the illustrating process. Updates will be sent to you privately through your most convenient method of communication (DM or EMAIL).

You, as the commissioner may NOT reprint your commission for a profit, only personal use.

Commercial production of the commissioned piece is strictly prohibited.

You are prohibited from using the commissioned artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes.

You reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on your social media accounts and/or websites given that you will credit, tag or link my social media platforms.

You may edit, crop, and resize the commissioned piece for personal use. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.

You must provide clear visual references to be used as a guide in your commission piece. Please indicate specific details such as color schemes, poses, props (if applicable) etc. to avoid mistakes or delays in the commission.

You reserve the right to ask for updates and contact me regarding the visual process of your commission piece.

Payment is via PayPal only.

I will only accept PayPal transactions initiated by an invoice sent by myself. Please wait for me to send the invoice and do not send any money outside of it.

Full payment is issued upfront.

Your commission order will be cancelled if you fail to pay within 48 hours. I do not accept payment plans or split payments.

Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.

If you request cancellation after payment, a partial refund is possible if I am still early in the drawing process, otherwise no refunds.

If I am unable to do your commission, I will fully refund you.

Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketching phase.

After final approved sketch, only 3 minor revisions are allowed.

Additional charges for excessive revisions.

No revisions once the illustration is finished.

Please do not issue deadlines. The commissioned piece requires 4 days minimum, and may take up to 2 months to be completed. It depends on commission type, complexity and workload of each project.

However, you can (and I highly encourage you to) ask for WIPs periodically to check on my progress!

Commissioning me means that you have agreed to my Terms of Services and any commission request that violates the terms are cancelled immediately.

I have the right to refuse your commission if I am not comfortable doing it.

I do not do custom-designs (character based only off a written description). Please provide references of your characters.

All commissions are defaulted as personal-use only! Please do not redistribute or sell your commissioned piece for commercial uses!
